These terms apply when you use www.auspethealth.com.au or buy from Abbey Animal Health, trading as Aus Pet Health ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement. You agree to give accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

2. Products and product information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately, but colours, packaging and images may differ slightly from what you receive. Always read the product label and follow the directions for use before applying any product to your pet or home.

Information on this site is general only and is not veterinary advice. If you are unsure whether a product suits your pet, particularly young, elderly, pregnant, unwell or medicated animals, speak to your veterinarian first. Do not use a product on a species or weight range it is not labelled for.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and stock at any time. If a product is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch your goods or send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, for example due to suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors, and will refund anything you have paid.

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you select.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and the ExiFlea Plus name where owned by us, is protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. Manufacturer names and brands remain the property of their owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by misuse of a product or failure to follow label directions. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing them, or refunding the price paid.

9. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to external websites or use third-party services (such as payment and shipping providers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
