Free standard shipping applies to certain Australian orders. Check your eligibility for free delivery. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and do not include weekends or public holidays. Exact rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Delivery address and P.O. boxes
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot always ship to P.O. boxes with courier services, so use a street address where possible. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge the cost of reshipping.
4. Tracking
We email a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. If it has not moved for 5 business days, contact us.
5. Delays, lost and damaged parcels
Carrier delays can happen during peak periods, bad weather or events outside our control. If your parcel is significantly late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Our Refund Policy explains your options for lost, damaged or faulty goods.
6. Missing or partial orders
Large orders may be sent in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. If an item is missing from a parcel, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
7. Temperature and storage
Please collect parcels promptly and store products as directed on the label, usually in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid leaving parcels in hot vehicles or letterboxes in extreme weather.
